Cho rau vào tô lớn thêm lựu và cam cắt lát, nho, tôm chan phần nước sốt sau đó dùng đũa trộn đều cho rau thấm gia vị.
Cho rau salad ra đĩa, có thể dùng thêm ly sinh tố hay nước ép khi ăn.
